0

Water, one of the most needed thing in our daily life. Our body is made of 70% water. Water carries nutrients to all cells in our body and oxygen
to our brain. Water helps us to regulate our body temperature, it flushes our waste and toxins.  Water also allows the body to absorb and assimilate
minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and other substances. But what is the future of water, i mean as we are using this in daily bases and much of us waste
water more than we use. So what will happen in future?

Nowadays we are wasting water more than we use it. Estimates vary, but, on average, each person uses about 80-100 gallons of water per day. Our earth's
population is more than 7 billion, so just think how much water we are using daily. By 2020 about 30-40% of the world will have water scarcity,
and according to the researchers, climate change can make this even worse. Acoording to some more research By 2025, an estimated 1.8 billion people will
live in areas plagued by water scarcity, with two-thirds of the world’s population living in water-stressed regions.

Many people don't getting drinkable water nowadays, and they are dying because of it. More than 5 million people die each year from diseases caused by
unsafe drinking water. According To World Health Organisation, 3.4 million people, mostly children, die annually from water-related diseases. Our population
is growing day by day, and the need of water is also growing, if we can not save it right now, then we can not save in future. In a research it was found
that By 2050, some 3.5 billion to 4.4 billion people around the world will live with limited access to water, more than 1 billion of them in cities

Without water, we can live upto 14 days. Our entire existence is closely dependent on one single, exhaustible resource. In a moment where we all feel vulnerable,
and surprisingly dependent on more external systems than we imagined, life is reminding us of what makes us human, and where to focus our attention.

We must understand the importance of water, then we can save it, Water helps by creating saliva, It regulates body temperature, it protects
the tissues, spinal cord, and joints,Water maximizes our physical performance, boost our enegry levels, and many more things. Water is one of the most
needed thing to maintain a good health and keep us alive. But we waste it, most people know the value of water, but as we are getting this we really don't
much care about it. And it is the bad thing, we have to save water, so how we can do this?

do some small small things to save water, Turn off the taps, sometimes when we are wash our hands or use the tap for something,
we forgot to turn off the tap, as we are not off the tap water will
waste every second, so everytime you use your tap remember to turn it off. Try to use your shower water as low as you can, use less water in your toilet,
use that much water which is needed, aware others to save more water, if every single people take action to save water as much we can just think how much
water we can save daily. Remember the total volume of fresh water in earth is 2.5% and other 97.5% is salt. Of the fresh water, only 0.3% is in liquid
form on the surface. Be aware of future and try to save water.
